1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
2. Do you ship to Middle Eastern countries?
Yes, we currently ship to UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our Tracking Page using either your tracking number or your order number and email. We also send email updates at each shipping milestone.
4. When will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking information is usually available within 1–5 business days after your order is processed and handed to the courier.
5. My order hasn’t arrived after 30 days—what now?
If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, we will offer you a full refund—no questions asked.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

9. Do you offer free returns?

10. I ordered the wrong size/model—what should I do?
You’ll need to return the item at your own cost. Once received in original condition, you can request a refund or reorder the correct item. See our Return Policy Page for details.
11. I received the wrong item—what now?
We’re sorry! Please email us at contact@outerlay.com with your order number and a photo of the wrong item, and we’ll sort it out with a full refund or replacement.
